**The balance transfer APR is 0% for 12 months from the date of the first balance transfer or 0% for 6 months from the date of the first balance transfer depending on our review of your application and credit history. After the promotional period ends, your standard APR will be applied to any unpaid balances. The standard variable APR for purchases is either 8.24% Rate 1, 12.24% Rate 2, or 16.24% Rate 3 in that order based on our review of your application and credit history. The standard variable APR for cash advances is 21.99%. However, if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us, we may automatically increase the rate on all balances (including any promotional balances) to a variable default rate of 29.99%. The minimum finance charge is $.50. Fee for Foreign Purchases is - 3% of the U.S. dollar amount of each purchase made outside the U.S., whether made in U.S. dollars or in a foreign currency. The transaction fee for cash advances is 3.0% of each cash advance, minimum $5. The transaction fee for balance transfers is 3.0% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum.

Citi CashReturns® Card Terms and Conditions.

- Your Citi CashReturns® Card account ("Card Account") will receive a rebate based upon eligible transactions appearing on your current month's billing statement. The only eligible transactions are purchases, cash advances and balance transfers. The rebates will show cumulatively on your statement as long as your Card Account is open and current. However, if your Card is no longer open or current, you will not be able to earn or redeem cash back.

- Unless you are participating in a limited-time promotional offer, you will earn 1% on all purchases. You will earn 1% on cash advances and cash convenience check amounts billed at the standard cash advance rate. You will receive five dollars for each individual balance transfer transaction of $1,500 or more.

- As soon as you’ve reached $50 dollars, we will send you a check for the total accumulated amount shown on your billing statement, provided your account is open and you are not in default under the terms of any Card Agreement. You can continue to accumulate cash back, which we will pay as you earn increments of $50 dollars as stated above. Checks cannot be issued for less than $50.

- Cash back earned has no cash value until such time as you may receive a check for your redemption eligible cash back. You may not assign, transfer, or pledge cash back in any other way.

- When you become a cardmember, you will receive the full Citi CashReturns® Card Terms and Conditions which we may change at any time with 30 days’ prior written notice. In addition, we may terminate the Citi CashReturns® Reward Program with 30 days’ prior written notice, and if we do, we will send you a check for your redemption eligible cash back.
