Citi® "Hit The Road" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists
of random drawings for a Car, $20,000, and Weekly Prizes for
the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents
in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District
of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as
of 5/31/02. Employees, officers, volunteers, and directors of
Citibank, N.A., America Online, Inc., Ford Motor Company and
their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
consultants, contractors, public relations, fulfillment, marketing
advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate
families (parents, children, and siblings and their respective
spouses) and their household members (whether or not related)
are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited
by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and
their participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and
conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with the Official
Rules will result in disqualification.

1. TWO WAYS TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00
PM (ET) on 5/31/02 and ends at 5:00 PM (ET) on 7/03/02 (the
"Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the corresponding
entry/ending date(s) listed in the chart below are void.

If you have received an email or see an
online banner containing a link to the Citi® "Hit
The Road" Sweepstakes, click on the link and follow
the on-screen entry instructions by submitting your email
address and zip code and you will automatically receive
one (1) entry into the Car drawing.
Once you have entered the Car drawing, you will receive
your choice of an online application for the Citi®
Driver's Edge Platinum Select Card or an online application
for a Citi® DriveHome Loan. Click on the appropriate
link and follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete
and submit all required fields on the online application
form you chose and you will automatically receive one
(1) entry into the $20,000 drawing and one (1) entry into
the applicable weekly drawing(s) (see chart below). Entrant
will receive entries regardless of whether their application
is approved. |

To enter by mail, hand print your complete
name, address, zip code, daytime phone number, email address,
and birthdate on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, apply
postage and mail in an envelope to: Citi® "Hit
The Road" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5690, Ellenton, Fl
34222-5006. (If you do not have an email address, write
"No email.") Mail-in entries must be received
by 7/11/02 for entry into the applicable random drawing(s)
(see chart below). On the day an eligible mail-in request
is received, the mail-in entrant will receive an entry
into the Car drawing, the $20,000 drawing, and the applicable
weekly drawing(s). |

| Limit one entry per person for each drawing, regardless
of method of entry. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles
of game materials or entries generated by an agent, or
by script, macro or other automated means are allowed.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will
not be acknowledged or returned. Online entries will be
deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email
address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account
holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned
an email address by an Internet access provider, online
service provider or other organization that is responsible
for assigning email addresses or the domain name associated
with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require
proof to its satisfaction of entrants' registered subscriber
status. Entrant is responsible for notifying Sponsor in
writing of any changes to the entrant's email address
after entry submission. |

| Entries that are late, inaccurate, corrupted, damaged, lost,
incomplete, postage-due and/or illegible are void and will not
be accepted. The registration information you provide upon entering
the Sweepstakes will only be used in connection with this promotion
unless you otherwise consent. Internet access and usage charges
applicable to an entrant's account, and/or any usage charges
applicable under entrant's pricing plan and any applicable taxes
will continue to apply while an entrant is online in connection
with this Sweepstakes, and will be the sole responsibility of
such entrant. |

2. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS.
RANDOM DRAWINGS:
Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received
for the applicable drawing by Promotions.com, Inc., an independent
judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding
on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
Car Drawing: One (1) Car winner will be selected in a
random drawing on or about 7/12/02 from all eligible entries
received for this drawing during the Entry Period.
$20,000 Drawing: One (1) $20,000 winner will be selected
in a random drawing on or about 7/12/02 from all eligible entries
received for this drawing during the Entry Period.
Weekly Prizes: For each week of the Entry Period (as
set forth in these Official Rules), one (1) Weekly Prize winner
will also be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible
entries received by the times and dates listed in the chart
below for the applicable drawing. All eligible entries that
are not selected in a weekly drawing will be included in the
subsequent weekly drawing(s). A total of five (5) weekly winners
will be selected.

| Any entrant who is selected in a drawing under this Sweepstakes
shall be deemed a potential winner, and such entrant and his/her
entry shall be subject to verification and the requirements
of these Official Rules. Potential winners will be notified
by email/mail and may be required to sign and return an affidavit
of eligibility and a liability and (where legal) publicity release
within ten (10) days of issuance of these notification documents.
If any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, or if a potential
winner fails to properly sign and timely return the affidavit
and releases or in the event of non-compliance with any of the
requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited
in its entirety and an alternate potential winner will be selected
at random from the remaining eligible entries received for the
applicable drawing. If the winner is under the age of majority
in his or her state of legal residence, the prize will be awarded
in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian. |

3. PRIZES.
Random Drawings:
Car (1): 2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x2 with a
4/6L engine. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price is $37,000.
$20,000 (1): $20,000 awarded in the form of a check.
Retail Value is $20,000.
Weekly Prizes (5): Each Weekly Winner wins $1,000,
awarded in the form of a check. Retail Value of each Weekly
Prize is $1,000.
Car winner a) must take delivery of vehicle through a dealership
selected by Ford near winner's residence within 60 days of
notice of availability or prize will be forfeited and awarded
to an alternate; b) must provide evidence of insurance, in
a form acceptable to Sponsor, at time of delivery; and c)
will be responsible for registration, license, title and insurance
fees, and any options added to the vehicle at winner's request.
Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal,
state, and local taxes and all other expenses associated with
the acceptance and/or use of prize. Weekly prize winners
are not eligible to win $20,000 prize. Limit one weekly or
$20,000 prize per person/email address/household.
Total Retail Value of All Prizes: ($62,000). Odds
of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries
received. No substitution or transfer of any prize is allowed
other than as explicitly stated herein, unless approved by
Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize
(or a portion of any prize) of equal or greater value in its
sole discretion. Any trademarks used in this promotion are
the property of the respective trademark owners and are used
herein for identification purposes only.

4. DISCLAIMER.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not
be returned or acknowledged. By entering, entrants assume all
liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be
caused by his or her participation in this Sweepstakes and/or
the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and agree to release
and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotions.com, Inc., any Internet,
telephone, or other service providers, America Online, Inc.,
Ford Motor Company, or any other entity associated with this
Sweepstakes, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors,
shareholders, agents, employees, designees, successors and assigns
(the "Released Parties") from and against any and
all claims, actions, and/or liability in connection therewith.
Entrants acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither
made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty,
representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or
in law, relative to the prizes, including, but not limited to,
its quality, except for the standard limited warranty provided
with the prize. The Released Parties assume no responsibility
for any injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's
computer relating to or resulting from entering this Sweepstakes
or the access to and/or downloading of materials or software
in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are
not responsible for technical, network, telecommunications,
hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost
or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete,
inaccurate, garbled, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, postage-due
or delayed electronic communications or entries caused by the
user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with
or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human or other error
which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes entries that are fraudulent, tampered with, illegible,
mechanically reproduced or otherwise altered are automatically
void. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited
by law) for Sponsor, America Online, and their designees to
use winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical
information and statements made by winners for purposes of advertising,
promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter
known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional
compensation.
Citibank, N.A., America Online, Inc. and Ford Motor Company
disclaim any and all liability arising from the administration
and implementation of this promotion.

5. ADDITIONAL RULES.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the
Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts
the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the promotion
or if there is improper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation,
Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes not already awarded
to a verified winner in a random drawing amongst all eligible
entries received up to the time of the action or event warranting
such cancellation. Entrants agree to abide by these Official
Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final. Sponsor
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or
the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation
of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt
by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation
of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil
law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the
right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these
Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. |

| 7. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Sweepstakes is conducted
in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning)
and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate
courts in the State of New York in the United States, exclusively,
and subject to the laws of the State of New York, without regard
