private student loans into one single loan with a single lender.

You’re eligible for a Private Consolidation Loan if:

You have one or more private student loans with a combined balance
of $7500 or more. |
 |
 |
You are within two years of graduating, in a grace period, deferment,
forbearance or repayment status on all private student loans
being consolidated. |

You and/or your co-signer:

are over 18 years of age. |
 |

are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a U.S.
based address. |

have a combined minimum income of $18,000 ($1,500
per month). Income and employment verification may be
required. |

| Please note: Non-certified private education
loans cannot be consolidated. In addition, loans that are
not 1098-E
eligible may not be
consolidated, for example CitiAssist Bar Study or CitiAssist
