2 Participation in this banking incentive rewards program (“Program”) is open to U.S. citizens and resident aliens of the United States with a mailing address within the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico who have an active checking account (“Account”) with Citibank and who furnish or have furnished a certification of U.S. tax status on IRS Form W-9 or in such other format as Citibank may require (U.S. Tax Declaration). Citibank Private Bank customers who have an international address must provide a mailing address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia for delivery of any rewards and furnish or have furnished a U.S. Tax Declaration to be eligible. In the case of multiple owners of an Account, all authorized Account signers may participate in the Program. However, each Account owner will accrue ThankYou Points solely with respect to his or her related accounts or services and without regard to other accounts owned or services utilized by joint account holders. Accounts are identified by the taxpayer ID of the primary signer; consequently, you may not enroll more than one Account with the same primary taxpayer ID.

You must have a debit card to participate in the Program. If you do not have a debit card at enrollment, one will be issued to you and all other authorized signers on the Account. Program enrollment may take up to seven business days. No retroactive ThankYou Points will be awarded.

You may not simultaneously participate in the Program and another Citibank rewards program using the same Account. If you choose to enroll in both the Program and another Citibank rewards program, then you must enroll separate checking accounts and use separate debit cards for the respective programs.
